The villa and its location are both excellent. The problem is that most rooms don't have air conditioning, and it gets quite hot.

Set in a residential complex with lots of greenery, including grapes, lemons, tomatoes, and other plants, this is a clean, elegant, fully furnished three-story villa. A central staircase connects the floors. Downstairs there's a living room with wooden parquet flooring, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony with a lovely view and fresh air. The second floor has three bedrooms and a large bathroom with a big shower, plus a washer, dryer, and a small balcony facing the garden. The third floor is furnished similarly. Getting a taxi nearby is difficult, and Trabzon is 15-20 minutes away.

The villa sits in a compound in the Akçabat Heights, overlooking the sea, and the setting is beautiful. The road there is narrow and in poor condition, there are mosquitoes, and the worst issue was having no water.
