We came as a family and had a very good stay. The room was clean, and everything else was good too. The customer service went well beyond what I expected, with reliable, friendly people. Thanks.

A very clean family hotel that I’d recommend. Mr. Ridvan and Mr. Rifat were especially attentive. Thanks for everything.

6/10
The room was clean, the staff were helpful, and the location is quite nice. The rooms are convenient too. Still, for a new hotel, these repair problems were disappointing: the shower stall was broken, as was the bathroom door handle on the inside. They’d forgotten the toilet paper and brought it later, and the extra bed was also forgotten before being supplied afterward. I hope they fix these small issues.

Ants were all over the room, and the bathroom was dirty and smelled awful. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable and noisy. It was a terrible stay, and I’d never do it again or recommend this place.
