Aksular Hotel

We got in at 2 AM, and the staff helped us very politely. The receptionist was courteous, the room was cleaned daily, and breakfast was perfect. There’s also open roof parking. The hotel is close to all the places you might want to visit, so I’d suggest staying here.

The staff were friendly, and when my room card lost its magnetism twice, they sorted it out quickly. Check-in was straightforward, and I found the room a decent size with a coffee and tea maker. There wasn’t a chair or table for putting clothes on. The fridge was dirty and packed with ice, while the bathroom was very small, had just one towel rack, and its mirror didn’t work. The elevator does its own thing, but it does work. I stayed three nights at Aksular Hotel, and it was a good choice.

My room was small and felt cramped, and the breakfast was very basic, without the variety or quality I’d hoped for. There was also an unpleasant smell in the hotel that needs attention. Aksular Hotel in Trabzon does have a convenient location, just a short walk from Aya Sofia, which made visiting the historic site easy. My stay was mixed, and I’d look at other options for a more comfortable stay.

The laundry prices are high, so it would be much better if visitors could wash their clothes in the laundry. That’s the one flaw. The service was really nice, and the hotel was quiet and clean. The room felt luxurious, with a modern, advanced design and cleanliness I’d rate 100/100. It smelled fresh, and the bed, pillows, and covers were very comfortable. I’d give it more than five stars.
