Cunda Hotel

There's a bar and a restaurant, and the hotel rooms are right by the beach, about a minute away. I'd recommend going in early in the morning 👌 Parking is available, and the hotel is friendly to strays. I saw some guests with little dogs, so I think it's dog friendly. The water was slightly warm, which I liked compared with the usual Aegean sea. Some of our rooms were clean and others weren't, though room service cleaned them right away. The staff were friendly and ready to help.

We paid 230 euro per night for a miserable weekend, two nights with a baby. The hotel was not baby friendly, and we went into town for breakfast on the last morning. Breakfast was disappointing, and the breakfast room floor was so dirty I wondered if it had been changed since the '80s. The rooms were dirty too, and the old building seemed to be falling apart and poorly maintained. In the morning, the beach was covered in cigarette butts and smelled strongly of beer. This place should be demolished rather than renovated. Disgusting.

The staff are efficient and friendly, and there's tasty food at breakfast. Rooms are cleaned and towels changed every day, and the beach is right outside your door. Dinner, though, was quite expensive compared with previous years and not tasty at all.

We arrived extra early but were given our rooms straight away, along with complimentary breakfast. The private beach is great, and the service was very good. Mustafa Bey and his daughter Dilara were wonderful and so helpful.
