Olivera Resort

We booked a week after trusting the Google reviews, but luckily we’d only paid for the first night in advance. There was a parking problem when we arrived: the hotel has no parking of its own, the paid spaces in front were available, and there was nowhere behind it. Our room was small, and the air conditioner was noisy. We regretted having dinner there. The restaurant was hectic, not an open buffet, charged extra for drinking water, and had long queues with limited choices. It felt like guests were fighting over food. Before we arrived, the hotel had promised several things, including arranging us a parking spot, but none of it happened. When I told reception we’d check out the next morning, they said they would charge one more night as a no-show. We refused to pay for a night we wouldn’t use. Rubbish from rooms was left in the corridors. We couldn’t sleep at night because of the disco next door and tourists drinking and shouting. Breakfast in the morning had limited options and none of the drinks came with water. We checked out without paying another cent and went to the other hotel we’d arranged. There was no apology or anything from the hotel. Sadly, this will be our last time here. I’m attaching proof in case a hotel manager says I never stayed. Cheers!

I loved my stay at Olivera Hotel and will definitely come back. The food was good, and the staff were so kind and friendly. The sea and the pool were right there beside us. I even made friends with some of the staff. I recommend it!

A lovely hotel right by the beach, with delicious food and kind staff. Highly recommend it.
