Lunaria Guest House

We were there toward the end of October, as winter was approaching, so it was very quiet. The staff were attentive and the breakfast was amazing. A lovely guesthouse experience.

The location was great, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We were happy we chose this hotel, especially for the delicious breakfast and polite staff. Many thanks to the housekeepers and Cengiz abi 🙏 Thank you 🙏

The breakfast was genuinely good, but the owners made it feel like we were being questioned, which was uncomfortable. We were also given no key to come and go. Other guests had keys, so I guess they didn’t like the way we looked. Every time we needed to enter, we had to ask the owner to unlock the door. We worried about getting back before midnight in case we were locked out, and once we were left waiting, soaking wet, after coming back from the sea. Ridiculous. It felt as if we were staying for free, and the rooms were very hot. The street was extremely noisy too. The place looks nice, but all the hassle wasn’t worth the money. Note: I don’t use Google Maps under my official name. This isn’t a fake review. We really stayed at your hotel the year before last.

The breakfast was lovely and the staff were friendly, but the room was nothing like what we’d booked. We paid for a superior double advertised as 16m2, then arrived to find a tiny room. When we raised it, we were told there was no other option. It measured 11.7m including the bathroom, so the booking site description was seriously overstated. Also, there’s no parking nearby. We found a space on the street after looking for half an hour.
