The staff were friendly and great, but the stay itself was awful. Our room's AC didn't work, the door lock was broken off, and the place smelled. Afterward, they contacted me through Hotels.com, saying we'd left items behind and should get in touch to retrieve them. When I did, they said I had to pay or the staff would be charged. My credit card hadn't been run properly, and after a frustrating back and forth I finally wired the money. I wouldn't stay here again.

The rooms and service were quite adequate. Parking costs extra.

After a tiring trip, we spent one night on the third floor and barely slept. A wedding upstairs was painfully loud until midnight, with tables and chairs scraping around. Even after I complained to reception a couple of times, nothing changed. The wedding ended at midnight, but staff kept dragging furniture around until 3 am. My 78 year old mum was badly sleep deprived and asked why I'd brought her to this hotel. Friends in the room next to us went upstairs to warn the workers, but they ignored him and bullied him into leaving. Wedding guests had also booked a room full of smoking men, and smoke drifted from their doorway into the corridors. Customer comfort and complaints clearly aren't a priority here. There was nothing “prestige” about the place, so they should drop that word from the name. If you need a good night's sleep, I'd avoid it, especially on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday when they hold weddings on the floor above. A really bad experience :(:(:(

We had a sea view from a spotless, spacious room with really comfortable beds. The architecture was lovely, and the hotel is close to clay centrum restaurants and markets. The service was great too. Everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful, especially Merve, who was kind and made sure we got what we needed right away. We were so grateful for the people there. You won't regret staying here, they're amazing! 🙏🏻❤️🇹🇷

It's old, but clean and in a very good location. The staff are polite and friendly.
