At $140, I expected more for a place that used to be considered five-star. It feels dated now, and the bathroom supplies are basic. They provide plastic cups instead of glasses. The hotel still seems fairly modest, and I don't think it offers especially good value for someone expecting a five-star stay.

The food was a highlight for me. The restaurant looked lovely, and every dish was a real pleasure. I also felt well looked after throughout my stay, from the spotless, comfortable room to the warm and courteous service. Yasmin and Huseyin gave me especially thoughtful attention. The elegant atmosphere and care in the small details made me feel valued from the moment I arrived. I'd happily return.

Being close to the Iraqi border was really useful for our travels, and the hotel itself was very nice, with a good restaurant. HÜSEYIN, the doorman, was friendly and always ready to help. At reception, YASEMIN did her best to help us with the booking, even though her English wasn't perfect, and she did it with a smile. Thanks to Yasemin and Huseyin for being so kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

The room looked good and the hotel seems new, but the AC in my room didn't work all night. After eating salmon at the hotel restaurant for dinner, I got food poisoning. The waiters were polite, though reception staff were unpleasant and couldn't speak English.
