The location is excellent and the staff were nice and helpful, but the stay itself wasn’t great. Hot water was hard to get for a morning shower. My family and I booked separate rooms; in mine, the TV didn’t work, there was no second blanket or slippers, and there wasn’t even a chair. Noise from the room next door kept me awake, including a phone alarm that rang for a long time at 6 am. Try to get a street-view room, since a motor runs constantly at the back of the hotel and gets annoying at night.

The reception staff were kind and tried to help, but the room itself was in really poor shape. The towels were dirty and worn, there was just one pillow and it felt like a rock, and the shower cabin had mold. It was dirty under the bed too.

The breakfast wasn't good, and the shower and toilet are very old. I think the place needs rebuilding.

Everything else was good, but the corridors felt creepy. There were too few lights, so they stayed dim.

The breakfast was very, very nice. The place is comfortable and central enough, and reception can arrange a parking spot.
