Ozyurt Hotel

The staff were friendly, but I wouldn't stay here again. We spent one night because we had to. There isn't an elevator, and although it's centrally located, there's no parking, which made arriving by car difficult. The sheets were torn and dirty, and the pillows had yellow marks and no covers. The bathroom was in bad shape, with limescale, smelly drains, and a broken tap. Cleanliness was hard to trust. The old door handles also didn't feel secure, and we didn't leave our belongings behind.

As 15 coaches, we want to thank the hotel owner and staff for their help and reasonable prices over our 10 days there. They made the place feel like a family, and they were especially careful about cleanliness.

Right in the center, with friendly staff and excellent service. If you have a question, they help straight away.

The retired police officer who welcomed us at night was so kind and courteous, I can't even put it into words. Rooms are small, there's no elevator, and the furniture is somewhat old and missing some equipment. Still, for the price, it's quite reasonable compared with other hotels nearby.
