The owners welcomed us warmly from the moment we arrived and checked that we were happy with our stay. The room and bathroom were super clean, too. One of the most amazing hotels I’ve stayed in, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Mardin.

The staff were lovely, friendly, and always ready to help. The rooms felt modern and were really clean, and the views were amazing. This was my favorite hotel in Turkey. I’d happily stay again.

Ms. Zeynep was especially friendly, helpful, and professional, though I wish she were a bit more flexible about the smoking ban. The staff were attentive, and the hotel was comfortable and spotless while still reflecting Mardin’s history. I stayed here last night and it exceeded my expectations. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Mardin.
