We spent our last day relaxing in the garden, with lots of sunbeds and places to sit. Breakfast is flexible, just give them a little notice about when you want it. Our family of five had plenty of room, and the house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Ms. Tennur even packed us some flatbread for the journey home 🥹. Ms. Tuğçe and her mother, Ms. Tennur, run such a lovely place. It feels safe, quiet, and affordable. I highly recommend it.

We found this place by chance, but I'd happily come back. It was a peaceful, nature-filled break, quiet and serene. The view was wonderful, and the location made it easy to get around. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, and Ms. Tuğçe and her mother were so hospitable. Many thanks to them.

Aunt Tennur even sent us off with her homemade bread and sage she had gathered herself. We really appreciated that, and the treats she made for us during our stay. She and her daughter, Ms. Tuğçe, were so warm and friendly that we felt at home. Ms. Tuğçe kept in touch from our first day, and helped us get a discounted trip to Gebeli Kilise Bay, where the sea is magnificent. We also had the best village breakfast I've ever had, with delicious bread they make themselves, each morning at Aunt Tennur's restaurant downstairs. We were two couples staying for three nights at Afera Village House. The house, garden, and pool out front were lovely, and the design is really appealing. The garden has seating, sun loungers, and a barbecue, so we spent three great evenings out there. Inside, there was kitchenware, towels, and an electric stove, though we mostly cooked on the barbecue. The house stayed cool at its higher elevation. It had air conditioning, but we didn't need it. The mosquito nets on the doors and windows were one of my favorite touches. There are two houses, with room for up to six people in total. Bayır is close by car to Selimiye, Turunç, Hisarönü, and Orhaniye. For about five years I've stayed in different places, and this was my best holiday experience so far. The clean house, its amenities, and the hosts' friendly communication made it easy to imagine coming back. If you're visiting this area, I'd recommend staying at Afera Village Houses, or stopping by Syrna restaurant for village breakfast or dinner.

We had such a lovely holiday, thanks to Ms. Tuğçe and her mother, who were incredibly sweet. The house was comfortable, and the breakfast was really good and convenient. We could use the pool without set hours, unlike at some other places. There are beautiful bays nearby, and the whole setting is surrounded by nature. I'd recommend it to everyone :)
