Rose Garden Premium Hotel

The pool was a real plus, and we slept well in the comfortable beds. The rest of the place was just okay, though it could use a proper clean and more attention. Our room was so small there wasn't enough room for two suitcases. The bathroom felt old and worn, and the toilet seat was broken. We asked twice for it to be fixed, but nobody did anything. Breakfast was dull, with juice costing extra and a coffee machine that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Staff were slow and seemed indifferent.

The mountain view was breathtaking, and we liked the way the grounds and interiors were laid out. We spent five days at the Rose Garden at the end of November, when it was very quiet and there were few other guests. With no annoying entertainment programme in the low season, we could sit by the sea in the evenings. We mostly went out to explore the area and see the sights, and the hotel's handy location meant we didn't have to worry about parking. The staff were super friendly. I also had several massages at the spa. Many thanks to Natalie, who did a lot to help my back.

The meals really stood out for me. I've travelled to plenty of countries, so I have a lot to compare them with, and the food was both delicious and skillfully made with high-quality ingredients. At Snack & Street Food, you should try the dishes prepared by Nevzat Gümüş. His cooking is top level. The hotel was amazing, with excellent attention to detail, and the staff seemed to know what you needed before you asked.

Music was one of my favorite things about this hotel. The tunes in each area suited the mood perfectly, and we later learned that DJ Recep had picked them. His choices brought together genres from all over the world in a way that just worked. I honestly could choose the hotel for the music alone. The à la carte restaurant was another highlight, and for the price it deserves a ten out of ten. Even though it was all-inclusive, the place had the warmth and care of a boutique hotel. Victoria from guest relations was always ready to help, and her kindness and warm energy made a difference throughout our stay.
