Gizli Koy Hotel

Please stay away, this hotel was terrible and I wouldn't recommend it. There was a sewage smell in the room, no towels or toilet paper, and the staff seemed bothered when guests asked for basic things. The pool seating was covered in mold, and breakfast was practically nothing, not even water. The electrical problems made it worse: one room had air conditioning that stayed on and couldn't be turned off, while bright ceiling lights flickered all night in the other.

The breakfast was good, and the garden was beautiful, with lots of chickens and little kitties. But this feels like a scam hotel: the hotel seems to have a different name, and it doesn't seem to exist under the one advertised. A sign in the back allay points toward a garden, but there's no reception desk there, so you have to walk back to the front hotel. The place is very dirty and poorly managed. No one was at reception, and I had to wait for someone to show up. The room smelled like a dead animal.

The first thing this place needs to change is the staff's careless attitude. No one cleaned the tables or the outdoor seating, towels weren't changed, there was no toilet paper, and parties and noise carried on after hours. I also found it hard to see an injured cat with no one seeming to care for it. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. I understand it's cheap, so an old or worn shower and property wouldn't have bothered me, but the lack of care did.

Stay away from this hotel. This was the most horrible hotel experience I've ever had, and a review can't capture how bad it was. The bedding was filthy, with tears or stains everywhere, and the room smelled like black mold mixed with a clogged drain. The duvets had no covers and smelled awful. There were four of us, and none of us could sleep all night. You'd be better off sleeping in your car.
