Belenli Resort Hotel

Coffee was awful, and the toilets smelled of sewage. We were told breakfast would be ready for our 6:30 departure, but there was nothing prepared. The food was terrible and there was hardly any choice. The same bad chicken and other poor dishes were served day after day. When more drunk Russian guests arrived on the weekend, there was more food, but after two days it went back to the same meals, which made our stomachs sick. Our room was boiling hot, with no air conditioning. We brought it up with reception several times, but they just shook their heads. The staff were rude and didn't try to help. The sauna was out of order for 7 of the 14 days we stayed, and drunk ruzzians shouted every night and kept us from sleeping, so we had to leave the windows open because of the heat.

The pool was clean and lovely, and the resort was clean too. The service was excellent, with workers who were always smiling. The food tasted good, although some days there wasn't much variety and on others there was loads of it. The kids got bored because there wasn't much entertainment for them. We hired a car and took them out each day, which worked out fine for us. There's not much to do near the hotel, so I wouldn't call the location the best. Still, if you just want to relax, this resort is for you. I was hesitant after seeing the negative reviews, and I don't know why people complain about such petty things. The resort made our holiday enjoyable.

This was the worst hotel I've stayed in. The room we got was wrong twice, and when the bathroom broke, we were told first that it would be fixed later, then the next day, and finally that nothing could be done and we should contact the agency. The beach shuttle didn't follow its timetable, so we waited 1.5 hours to get back to the hotel. Most of the staff spoke no English and were very rude.

The beach is about 15 minutes away, and there's a hotel shuttle that drops you off and collects you, with the last ride back at 6 PM. In the evenings we had live singers who got everyone dancing and enjoying themselves. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights at Belenli Resort Hotel, and it was just what we expected. Everything was very clean, from the rooms and restrooms to the pool and restaurant. The food was excellent, with lots of choices. Even when we skipped lunch, there were mini snacks by the pool, so we didn't feel we'd missed a meal. The staff were kind and the service was great. We had a really fun stay and the best experience at Belenli Resort Hotel.
