Nirvana Belek Villas

Belek town center is a 7-minute drive away, the big Migros supermarket at Forsa Mall takes 4-5 minutes, and the beach is about 7 minutes away. Land of Legends theme park and Shopping avenue are just 5 minutes away. There are also dining options along the road to the villa and in town. It sits in a modern villa complex, with three roomy bedrooms, three good-sized bathrooms, air conditioning in every room, a fully fitted kitchen, and a good-sized lounge and pool. There’s ample on-site parking. Niazi and his wife look after the villas, and he was always available to help. His work ethic and support added a lot to the stay. The villa was comfortable and clean, and we had an excellent visit. Some things need attention. The garden was poorly maintained, with burnt grass spoiling the pool and outdoor areas. The owner said it was due to seawater underground, and that the local council plans to switch to river water soon. There was no privacy from the neighboring property, disappointing for a high-end complex. The sofas had visible stains, likely left by previous guests, and there were water leak marks on the walls. Fixing these would improve the villa’s appearance and comfort.

The villa was so clean and everything felt top quality. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the staff were always on hand to answer questions or sort out any problems. I’d definitely recommend it and will be back. Thank you!

The pool filtration wasn’t working, so every morning we had to fish out leaves, mosquitos, and insects by hand. We stayed 8 days, and no cleaner came. Cleaning the villa would have cost extra. The kitchen had everything except a microwave, and only 2 dishwasher tablets were provided whether you stayed 1 night or 8. There were very few toiletries. The villa stayed cool with the aircon. We liked having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for our group of 7, aged 30 to 81, and 2 people could sleep on the sofas. Check-in was okay, with the key left under the mat, but the door was so stiff we had to call the host for instructions on pulling it outward to release the lock. Then the key got stuck. We waited 5 hours for maintenance to arrive with wd40 and pliers to get it out. The workmanship already seemed shabby for a newly built villa, completed in May 2023. Shower taps were hanging off the walls because they weren’t properly connected to the pipes. During our stay, we also learned that locks on the upstairs bathrooms didn’t work. We told Mr Husseyn about one, and the maintenance man who came the next day already knew about the ensuite bathroom lock, which we hadn’t even realized couldn’t lock. I strongly suggest Mr Husseyn checks Villa M, including the ensuite bathroom, shower outlet, and pool filtration system. We stayed 8 days, and I can assure you the filtration was not working. A mop and bucket for guests would help too. We accidentally broke 1 cup and 1 bowl. At checkout, the owner asked for €15 to replace the broken set. I asked how many cups came in a set, and he said 6. Since we liked the cups and saucers from the first day, I said we’d pay the €15 if we could take the remaining 5 cups. He replied that he didn’t like where the conversation was going. I had no problem paying for something we broke accidentally, but if I’m paying to replace the set, I should be able to keep what’s left. Mr Husseyn, you wanted me to pay for the set but didn’t want me to take the remaining cups I’d paid for. It felt like you just wanted my money. I booked the villa for 8 days for my family and me, expecting a private pool and a clean, newly built place. I’m writing this honest review in September 2023. After paying over £1600, more than £200 a night, I’m not sure I’d stay again. There were too many problems for a new property. I’d rather choose somewhere with at least a couple of dozen reviews. I hope this is helpful to anyone considering it.
