IC Santai Family Resort

We've been here six times now, and this visit was just as pleasant as the others. Our Star Swim-Up Villa was comfortable and gave us privacy, and we noticed the food quality had improved compared with earlier years. The whole team was friendly and attentive. Special thanks to the housekeeping lady, who kept our room in great shape throughout the stay. We're grateful for the hospitality and look forward to coming back next year.

The resort has lots of room, and even though it was fully booked while we were there, the pools and other areas never felt crowded. The food was fresh, tasty, and high quality. It's also thoughtfully set up for children, from kid-sized toilets to stairs and other facilities designed for their comfort. There are activities for children of all ages as well as adults, making it especially good for families. Staff were friendly, supportive, and attentive, and the Guest Relations team responded quickly and helpfully to questions and requests. We had a wonderful holiday, highly recommend it, and would love to return.

The kids had a brilliant time at Hi Kids Club, with creative activities, games, and plenty of laughter each day. The team there were kind, professional, and clearly cared about the children, which made our family holiday feel special. IC Santai is a beautiful, well-organized hotel, and we had a wonderful stay. A big thank you to everyone at Hi Kids Club.

We had a great stay at IC Santai and found almost everything very nice. The main inconvenience was finding a restroom when we were with the children. There wasn't one near the restaurant, so we had to walk quite a way, and the downstairs toilets by the elevators were closed today as well. For a family resort with lots of young kids, that was uncomfortable.
