We’ve already booked to return next year, and I can highly recommend this hotel. Our family of five came from Switzerland for a week at Robison Nobilus at the end of July. Our children are 14, 12 and 11. The range of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner was delicious, and there were activities for adults and kids of all ages. The hotel rooms and amenities showed an exceptional attention to detail. Every staff member we met was courteous, friendly and professional. Special thanks to Mika in Guest Relations, Eren from the kitchen, Uğur from security, lkay from housekeeping and Tim from the animation team. They went out of their way to help and make us feel at home. Some may not be in guest-facing roles, but their warmth and dedication set this hotel apart. One note for future guests, though it’s unrelated to the hotel: we booked airport transfers through TUI, and the shuttle driver handed us bottled water without saying it cost extra. After we got off, he asked us to pay. We were caught off guard and didn’t appreciate the lack of clear communication. Charging for water is fine, but guests should be told about the cost beforehand.

The scenery is beautiful, the food is tasty, and most of the staff are friendly and great. But the pasta in the photo shows how much oil was added. It was meant to be arrabita, yet tasted like salty, uncooked pasta covered in oil.
