The location was the best part for us. Even with my husband using a cane, we could walk a few blocks to lots of restaurants and shops. The food was distinctly Turkish, and our room was clean. It’s a charming little boutique hotel, handy for dining and shopping, with very accommodating staff. Onder took care of things from the time I booked until we left. Since my husband uses a wheelchair and cane, Onder contacted me weeks ahead to make sure the arrangements would work for us. He also organized rides from the airport to the hotel and then from the hotel to Port of Istanbul. I’d highly recommend the hotel for its service and location. Thanks to Onder and Unik (?) for a wonderful stay in Istanbul.

A few things in the rooms need fixing, but the staff are amazing, friendly, and helpful. Ondur is the best. Trust him and you’ll have a great experience.

We spent three nights here for €205, and Onder’s kindness made the stay feel like home. He greeted us warmly, paid attention to the details, and was always ready to help or do a bit extra. The rest of the team was incredible too. The room was stylish, clean, and comfortable, with a useful minibar, quiet air conditioning, and an elevator that made handling our luggage easier. Wi-Fi slowed down at busy times, and I’d have liked more hot choices at breakfast. Those were small annoyances, though, and we’d absolutely return. Highly recommend for the heartfelt, top-notch service.

I spent 9 days at this hotel and had nothing to complain about. It’s well placed for getting around the tourist areas, and the rooms are more spacious than those at some other hotels. The staff were helpful whenever we needed outside services. Ismail was especially nice, helping us with directions and finding particular places. I recommend it to everyone. It’s a stay you won’t regret.
