We only stayed one night before leaving because the room was so uncomfortable. The whole hotel smelled of cigarette smoke, including our room with the windows shut, since it came through the ventilation. Outside was noisy too, so opening the window meant we couldn’t sleep. I’d asked Diana before checking in whether people smoked in the rooms, and she said nobody smoked indoors. The room itself was clean, the one positive. Service was basically nonexistent: we requested water and waited at least 30 minutes. We’d booked four nights after reading reviews, but weren’t refunded for the three nights we didn’t use. Smokers may find it ideal, but I wouldn’t recommend it for families with children or non-smokers. Please contact me by email to discuss the refund of the remaining 5400 TL.

We had a lovely stay in Ordu. The room was clean and nice, and the staff were polite and keen to help, even though their English wasn’t fluent. They arranged a taxi to the airport and kept our luggage for free after checkout. We’d recommend it. Much love from two Greek girls 😊

We left at 3 a.m. because the room was so uncomfortable. Smoke smelled strongly in the room, which was awful for non-smokers like us. There wasn’t a trash bin, so we had to put our rubbish anywhere, and the old bed made a lot of noise. The area was noisy too, and even the windows didn’t keep things peaceful. Despite having read the reviews, this was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. It felt like spending the night at a campsite.

The atmosphere made this place special, and we had four great days there. The hotel is close to the city center; our room was small but clean and comfortable, and breakfast was very good even though it wasn’t a buffet. Staff and the general manager gave us a warm welcome. It isn’t a 4- or 5-star hotel, but it was easily one of our favorite places during our time in Ordu.
