The rooms are in good condition, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was especially tasty. I do hope they replace the stained bed linen instead of just washing and reusing it. Maybe they’ll sort that out.

For a one-night business stay, it was very good value. The hotel is modern and clean, my room had plenty of space, the amenities were adequate, and breakfast was good. The location worked perfectly for me, so I’d stay again. There’s no car parking, though, and the sound insulation could be better. I could clearly hear the TV in the next room.

The one good thing was the location. Even in the off-season they charge high prices, and it didn’t feel worth it. Valet parking was useful, 500 TL for any number of days, and the receptionists were friendly and polite. The rest of the stay was poor. Our bed had yellow stains and an uncomfortable mattress, the room wasn’t clean, the soap dispensers were broken, and the bathroom sometimes smelled like a gutter. The building seems to have plumbing issues. Housekeeping came only on the first day, and after that we had to keep asking. There were no toiletries or even basic soap. When we asked, we were told they “give it only after 10 AM,” which makes no sense in a hotel. Breakfast was a letdown too: no staff around to help or even provide butter, while the person in charge was on his phone. Staff didn’t smile or greet us, and there was no sense of hospitality. They also seemed to overcharge for everything. A 500 ml bottle of water cost 50 TL, while outside a large 1.5 L bottle costs around 8.5 TL. We stayed three days, and honestly the hotel looks nice only from outside.

The room and bathroom were both spacious, and the room was generally clean. They provide slippers, and the hairdryer was powerful. Staff were friendly, the location was good, and it was good value. A little more complimentary water would be nice.
