The building has no elevator and a lot of floors, which could be a problem for anyone with mobility concerns. That was minor compared with the rest of our stay. The sheets had visible blood stains, and there were other disturbing bodily fluids on the curtains. The bathroom was moldy, the walls were filthy, and lamps were hanging loose. We had no hot water for hours. When we contacted staff, they argued instead of helping, and at one point became threatening. We also saw sex workers on the staircase, which made the atmosphere even more uncomfortable. I chose this place because of its high ratings and positive reviews, but the experience left me seriously questioning them. It was awful and completely ruined our stay. I strongly suggest reconsidering if you're thinking of booking.

Mustafa at reception was so kind and helpful, and made me feel at home. The hotel is a great little place in the middle of Taksim, clean and comfortable. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

The room walls are really thin, so you can hear almost everything from next door. The bed was okay, nothing bad. There are lots of bars right beside the hotel, so it’s great for nightlife, but not if you want somewhere quiet. The manager is a really nice person, though. I’m happy I stayed here. Thank you.

Smelly, with no service or facilities. Worst experience ever. Don’t book it, it’s not recommended. You’ll waste your money and leave pissed off.

The place was clean, and the reception people were cooperative. Mustafa especially was friendly and welcoming, and helped me a lot. He even helped me find the place I wanted to go while we were out of the hotel, carried my things, and did it all with a smile.
