April 11, 2026, 8:40 PM. We’re in room 302 now. It’s clean and not bad for a three-star hotel. My wife wanted to watch the series she follows on Kanal D, but the TV wouldn’t turn on. We asked for new remote batteries and changed them, but that didn’t solve it. The receptionist came and tried in good faith, but it still didn’t work, so we gave up. We also found that the room lights go out if the door stays open for a few minutes. The receptionist tried to explain why, but we couldn’t understand him. After he left and the door shut, the lights went out again. We opened and closed the door, and they came back on. We’ve switched to Show TV, and my wife is watching while we wait for morning…

The reception staff are respectful and polite, and Hotel Eronur is a lovely place. This was my second visit. I’d choose it again if I came a third time. Thank you.

Your phone staff should learn to treat people with patience and not hang up on them. Money isn’t everything. I’d be lying if I said I’d never encountered a business this rude, but congratulations on joining that group. With most hotels in Bilecik systematically closed, it seems you’ve grown overconfident. When someone cancels a reservation, ask why; hanging up won’t solve anything. Train your employees for service work instead of hiring people who think answering every call is enough. Otherwise, you’ll be left stranded.
