We spent two days at the mountain lodge and came away feeling refreshed after getting a break from the city. The view was fantastic, and the restaurant was a pleasure, both for its atmosphere and its setting. Mr. Cemil, the owner, was very attentive. The food was delicious, and Mr. Alaeddin took great care of us with top-notch service. I'd happily recommend it to anyone passing through.

The heated pool was the main reason we came to Avdan Mountain House with three friends and our children, but the water was ice cold. The children got out crying. Staff kept telling us it was heating because of an electrical problem, so I went back and forth between the pool and the house every couple of minutes, hoping they could get in. Staff witnessed the calls, and I have recordings. The establishment blames customers instead of working through problems with them, and seems to pass the consequences of its own inconsistencies on to guests. I especially wouldn't recommend it to families with children. There was also a problem with breakfast. I had confirmation on Instagram that it was included, but in the morning staff told us they didn't serve food. The owner defended that mistake with excuses like saying we hadn't paid for breakfast. We only expected the complimentary breakfast for two and hadn't asked for anything more, so there was no charge. The explanations we got were strange and impolite. Before we set off, they told us there was an electricity problem and offered a refund. Soon after, they messaged that the problem was fixed and wished us a safe trip, so we trusted that and went. Now they say we could have canceled and are trying to put the blame on us. We have all the messages, and if they make false accusations again, we'll complain to the relevant authorities. They didn't even apologize. I guess paying us what we were entitled to was enough for them. We went based on positive reviews and wanted to write this because we wondered what we might have thought if we'd seen reviews like ours. I hope this is the first and last time the business puts anyone through this. There are many things it needs to consider to prevent others from having the same experience.

The bungalow was spotless, and they’d thought of all the little details. We had a really restful stay in a quiet, peaceful setting. The host was very attentive too. We enjoyed our time here and can recommend it with confidence 😊

Waking up to birdsong and unwinding in the cool mountain air in the evening was such a pleasure. This lovely house sits surrounded by nature, well away from the city, and we found real peace there. It was clean, tidy, and comfortable enough that we felt at home instead of like guests. The views and quiet made the stay unforgettable. I’d gladly recommend it to anyone wanting to relax in nature.
