Costa 3S Hotel

The setting was the one thing I liked, especially if you want a very quiet holiday. But I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. The meals were dull and repetitive, with little choice, my room smelled unpleasant, and even the water had a strange eggy odor. The alcoholic drinks tasted very weak and watered down. This definitely didn’t feel like a four-star hotel.

We lasted barely a day before leaving, and they wouldn’t refund us. The place was awful from the entrance to the room, restaurant, and beach. Everything was dirty, the staff unfriendly, and there were odd guys wandering around, talking loudly and disturbing people. The food tasted so bad I couldn’t eat it, and there was no choice for the all-inclusive dinner. It felt like being shut in a prison and forced to eat the same bad food. There was nowhere to put luggage in the room. The tap water seemed to be seawater, so you shouldn’t brush your teeth with it. This hotel should be shut down. Don’t go!

The people made the holiday, especially the animators Huseyin and Günel, who’ll make your vacation unforgettable. Amilla Beach Resort has a lovely setting in Bodrum, a great location, and good restaurants. My stay was flawless, with comfort and great service all around.

We booked five nights but left after just one, and they refused to refund the unused nights. This was the most traumatic travel experience I’ve had, and it felt like a scam. The rooms were mouldy, the dining area unpleasant, the shower and tap water unsafe, and gas canisters were scattered around the property. People smoked everywhere, even in dining spaces. Furniture was stained and dirty, and there was hair in the bedsheets. It was a health and safety hazard. I wish I’d checked Google reviews instead of Booking.com.
