The room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel had a pleasant feel with good amenities. Check-in was easy thanks to the warm welcome at reception. The service was outstanding, and I had a wonderful stay. 🇨🇦

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The reception staff behaved very badly, kept lying, and dragged out the process of getting me a room. By the end, I regretted it.

The help and guidance from the staff I met made my two-day stay enjoyable. Elif at the front desk was especially patient, courteous, professional, and helpful. I wish I could have stayed longer, but some trips have to end. I’d definitely recommend it.

We had lovely views of the bridge, and the room came with a smart TV and hair dryer, which was handy. The two receptionists were friendly and helpful, and made the stay more enjoyable. Ortakoy feels like a hidden gem here: the hotel is just a few steps from the main street and, for the same nightly rate as nearby places, it’s much more modernly furnished.

I felt safe here as a solo traveler, and the staff were kind. The rooms were tidy and clean. The location is amazing, in Ortaköy and just a short walk from Bosporus.
