The rooftop terrace was superb. We had booked using that ticket, and I hadn't realized I'd chosen a smaller room, but the guys there were really helpful. They also knew the local businesses and quickly helped us with our order. I highly recommend the terrace! 👍🏻👍🏻

Room 205 was beside the emergency exit, and the constant stair noise made it impossible to sleep. People were running up and down, and someone was shouting. The sofa was old and broken, the floor was dirty and covered in hair, and our socks turned completely black. Towels were worn out too, and the cleaning wasn't adequate, so don't expect top level cleanliness. The receptionist was extremely unfriendly and acted as if questions were an annoyance, with a take-it-or-leave-it attitude about how the system works. The pricing policy is ridiculous as well. If you book 8 hours and then extend, they recalculate the price from scratch. Changing your plans can make the total higher than the original cost by 200-300 TL, and you could end up paying 900/1000 TL per hour. Be careful about that. The location near the E5 highway and Optimum shopping mall may be a reason to choose it.

The only upside was the large shopping center nearby. We paid 50 euros for a room without breakfast, then left first thing in the morning. I don't usually write reviews, but I've never had such a bad experience. Those good online reviews are completely false. My wife, son and I had booked one night. The first room was so bad we had to change it: the light didn't work, the sofa and carpet were dirty, there were no sheets on the bed, and it stank. The key card slot that controls the electricity was hanging loose. You have to insert the card into it, which felt extremely dangerous, even deadly. The second room was only slightly better, and I couldn't sleep. The rooms are badly insulated, so you hear everything. There were moaning noises from upstairs all night, and I managed only about an hour of sleep. This is more like an aparthotel than a hotel. I've stayed in many places and never experienced anything this bad. I'd call it a one-star hotel, and I don't know where the other stars come from. Is there no oversight by the authorities? Never again.

The location was good, the staff were helpful, and I wasn't bothered at all. If you ask for something the reception can do, they'll help. I liked it and recommend it.
