We found this place while walking along the beach on the last day of our five-day trip. We come to Bitez from the USA every year, and on our last visit we'd had a big problem with our hotel and its beach access. The gentleman was incredibly helpful. He quickly got chairs and stools set up for our family gathering of six so we could all get comfortable. Service was a bit slow during the busy season, but the really cold beer and snack options kept us there all day. We had a great time and appreciated the welcoming staff and hospitality, whatever we paid. Thank you!

We’ve already booked another holiday at the Sultan in Bitez. The sea views from the accommodation were spectacular, and the food was delicious. The restaurant had a cheerful holiday atmosphere, with brilliant, friendly staff serving us. I’d give the whole experience 10 out of 10. Bravo to everyone there.

The beach was so clean, and it was lovely to have a cozy, romantic dinner here. The food was the best and most affordable, and the staff were friendly, generous, and happy to help. I’d definitely come back and recommend spending a day here!

We stayed for a few days and had a fantastic time. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was perfect. Highly recommend.

Don't go here! The service was poor, and finding hair in my food made me sick while I was on the premises. The manager argued with me and physically pushed me. I'm going to report him to the local authorities. If anyone in higher management reads this, please investigate him.
