On our trip around Van Lake, this was the best hotel we stayed at. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and quiet, and the service was excellent. The owner helped us with parking, offered to carry our luggage, and gave us some homemade honey.

I felt warmly welcomed, and the staff were consistently very friendly. My room had a lovely view, and the hotel was clean and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable, and breakfast was great, with plenty of local products.

The bus stop is right outside Öz Cavuşoğlu Otel, and it’s about a five-minute ride, or 1 km, to the centre. We also enjoyed the walk, which took around 15 minutes. Breakfast was nice, and the receptionist helped us arrange an evening delivery. The owner and staff were courteous and kind, and some spoke English, which helped. Our room was warm, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful mountain views. The bathroom was clean, and the shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. We were very pleased with our stay and would recommend it in Bitlis. I expect it’s the best choice in town.

The room was very good and comfortable, and breakfast with honey from a local beehive was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and modern the hotel was, and the staff were friendly. It deserves at least a four-star rating, and I absolutely recommend staying here.
