Burak made our stay special. He helped with transport, answered all sorts of questions, and was always around when we needed him. The hotel itself was nice and the staff were very kind. The weak point was the food: the ingredients disappointed us and the menu had very few choices. They really need to improve that. Everything else was very nice. Thanks again, Burak!

The room was spotless, roomy, and nicely decorated, with a very comfortable bed, lovely linens, thoughtful lighting, and details like complimentary water and coffee. There was even a TV. Staff made us feel at home right away, handled check-in quickly, and were happy to help with a few small requests. The pool and spa were clean and relaxing, and the gym had what I needed. Breakfast was speedy, with lots of fresh, tasty options and great service. I stayed at Suum with a friend and had one of my best hotel experiences. Everything felt carefully handled, and we left relaxed and keen to return. Highly recommended!

After a rough beginning to our holiday at another hotel, Suum felt like a breath of fresh air. Our bright, airy, clean room was beautiful, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Dinner blew us away, and we didn’t have a single bad meal all week. We spent most days by the pool or at the private beach, with staff bringing drinks around and a great bar for drinks and snacks when we got peckish in the afternoon. It’s a lovely, quiet place for a romantic getaway. I can’t fault the hotel or its staff, and we really enjoyed our stay. We’d absolutely recommend it 😊

The sea is wonderful, the atmosphere lets you properly unwind, and everyone is friendly. We loved the all-inclusive setup too, with no need to compete for sunbeds or end up overeating at an open buffet. After two stays, last year and again this year, I can say it’s exactly the kind of holiday we’d been wanting. My partner and I have found our happy place here. I almost didn’t want to recommend it because I’d rather keep this hidden gem to ourselves. It’s like “white lotus” on a budget, without the phoniness or tragedy, so enjoy!
