Bodrum Local House

Just off the Marina, this place has brand new accommodations with modern decor and facilities. The appliances are all high end, and the rooms have everything you need to cook if you want to. Attractions, shops, and restaurants are all a short walk away. The prices are very good, even lower than many lower grade hotels and apartments. You can't go wrong with this one.

We booked Bodrum Local House at short notice during a two-week road trip, and it was better than expected. The rooms were a good size, apartment-style, clean, and well equipped, in a quiet, pleasant spot. It's a 10-minute walk down to the harbour, and secure parking was a bonus. The staff didn't speak English, but that wasn't a problem.

We found the staff genuinely helpful and the price good for what you get. The apartment was new, with lots of space and even a washing machine. It's centrally located but still quiet, and was better than the photos had led us to expect. A good choice for families with children.

The kitchen had everything we needed, including a full size fridge freezer, oven and hob, and the shower was very good. Both the sitting room and bedroom opened onto a balcony, and each had air conditioning and mosquito screen doors. The apartment was very clean. Supermarkets and little shops for everyday things are close by, with the marina or market about a 10 minute walk away.
