Casa Nonna Bodrum - Adult Only Hotel

We had three lovely days here, and the place is so beautiful and cozy that you want to photograph every corner. It's right by the bay, where the water is crystal clear, and the location is perfect. The rooms were spacious and stylish, and everything worked just right. I also loved that the hotel looks after cats. Hi, Beşiktaş! 😼 The restaurant team gave us some of the warmest, most attentive service I've had in ages. Hakan Bey, thanks for the humor and great service, and Nesin from Kazakhstan, thank you for your professional, kind care. Shef, your food is amazing, thank you. From reception to housekeeping, everyone was wonderful. The lovely Tatiana at reception explained and showed us everything.

After traveling through 15 countries, this was one of the stays I remember most fondly. The food at the hotel's restaurants was among the best I had in Turkey, and the spacious, thoughtfully designed rooms came with stunning views. Prices run high, around $$$$, but the quality made it feel worthwhile after some overpriced, disappointing meals elsewhere in the country. I'd skip the cocktails, though, since they seemed overpriced for what you got. We also tried the hammam and massage package at the spa. It was relaxing, but only average next to the hotel's otherwise high standards. From arrival onward, service was attentive, professional, and accommodating. The property exceeded my expectations and felt like a welcome oasis amid an inconsistent trip. I highly recommend it for comfort, good dining, and beautiful accommodations.

The place itself is beautiful, which makes the poor customer service even more disappointing. We paid for a deluxe beach room but got a balcony sea-view room after they overbooked. They didn't refund the difference or offer any other compensation or gesture, and took no responsibility. Management was the least competent and attentive I've ever encountered. There were other little issues during the stay too, including wrong orders, no shampoo, and no clean towels. We had to keep following up, and each time they blamed us for their own mistakes. Truly the worst people. It's a shame, because the hotel itself is nice, but I'll warn everyone.

Casa Nonna feels like its own little oasis, in a beautiful setting with a private beach. We had a great time, and our spacious room was lovely and immaculately clean, just like the online pictures. The meals were delicious throughout. Breakfast came as amazing platters of authentic Turkish cuisine, with fresh dishes available to order, and every one was sensational. Lunch on the beach was a treat too, always fresh and served in a gorgeous setting. Dinner by the beach was lovely as well. Staff were eager, smiling, and generally gave great service. It was easy to message reception or concierge on WhatsApp, and requests were handled quickly. A couple of small mistakes happened, probably because of language misunderstandings. We had the best time and will be back!
