For the price, the value is hard to beat. We stayed in the ground-floor apartment, which was really spacious, and the residence was clean with very kind staff. It’s close to the metro, cafes for breakfast, and restaurants. A few details could use attention, though.

We loved how easy it was to get around from this residence, with several transport options nearby. Communication was superb, and it was great value. A really good place to stay in Istanbul. Thank you, and well done.

We had to cancel our Istanbul trip because our flight from Bangkok would have gone directly over Tehran, where the airspace wasn’t safe to fly through. Even though management had seven weeks to fill the room, they enforced the no-refund policy, kept the $1400 we’d paid in advance, and sent a generic rejection letter with no follow-up.

The second bedroom’s sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, so we had to put its mattress on the floor. The rest was lovely: the master bedroom had an amazing river view, the bathroom was beautiful, and reception service was great.

The manager treated us with contempt when we arrived at 1 AM with a child, and the terrible attitude made a disappointing stay worse. The price feels far too high for the minimal amenities and service. The furniture was poor quality, and the heavily edited listing photos didn’t match reality. The advertised Bosphorus view from the Superior Apt was extremely limited, visible only through a small bathroom window. I can’t recommend it.
