We spent seven days in this beautiful place, with lovely people and a great swimming pool. The hospitality was really nice. We'll come back next year, thank you.

The strongest point for me was how quiet the hotel is. We stayed eight days last week at Ela'su Hotel, and there was no noise from the bar street. Bitez gets quite noisy at night, but this hotel sits a bit higher up, somewhere in between, and feels peaceful. Since I read reviews before visiting places, I wanted to share a few things for others considering it. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but it seems they may be short-staffed. Nobody came to clean during our eight-day stay, the sheets weren't changed, and we even had to ask for toilet paper. I ended up mopping with wet wipes. The breakfast is basic, though they do tell you that before arrival. There was a woman there trying to do everything. The location works best if you have a car. We came from abroad and thought we'd use taxis, but they wouldn't even come during rush hour. You should drive.

Fatih and the rest of the staff were so warm, helpful, and quick to sort things out. We felt more like visitors at someone's home than hotel guests, and whenever we needed anything, they took care of it right away. We stayed three days and everything was wonderful. The peaceful, nature-filled setting was great for relaxing. The pool was spotlessly clean, lovely to use by day and beautifully lit at night. If you want to unwind and meet friendly people, I definitely recommend it. We were very pleased and can't wait to return.

The staff shortage, hygiene problems, and breakfast quality really affected our experience. Still, the woman working there was friendly and helpful, and did her best despite carrying a lot of the work. One person seemed to be handling cleaning, rooms, and breakfast. Our room wasn't cleaned on the second day. We stayed three days and two nights in a 1+0 bungalow, and although the location and atmosphere were peaceful, the room was far smaller than it looked in the photos. There was no space to unpack. We had to jump over the bed to fit two suitcases, with no room to walk around. The wood made it incredibly hot, and the air conditioning didn't work at first. It had been cleaned when we arrived, but with only one door the AC had to stay on constantly. There were cobwebs in the room and the toilet was bright yellow. The toilet, sink, and shower were cramped into one tiny space, so showering flooded the whole bathroom, and your head hits the ceiling. If you're taller than 1.70 meters, don't stay here. Breakfast came on a plate with only a few olives, cucumber and tomato, one slice each of cheddar, white, and string cheese, and a very small boiled egg. The lady kindly made us an omelet when we asked. We only got to drink one cup of tea, and when there wasn't enough, they added water before serving it. The glasses were stained.

The fresh breakfast had plenty of variety and tasted delicious, and the hotel's lush greenery and open spaces made it a lovely place to relax. Its location is convenient, central while still feeling peaceful and safe, away from the noise. I had one of my most enjoyable holidays in Bodrum here. I was warmly welcomed, and the staff were friendly, hospitable, and ready to help. Fatih Bey deserves a special thank you for being attentive and sincere. The hotel was clean, the rooms spacious, the towels fresh, and the shared areas tidy. I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, peace, and good service. Thanks to the staff and property for their support throughout.
