Room 107 smelled strongly of a dirty mop and bleach. I suspect the cleaners may not be changing the bucket water. The sheets were clean, but they had an unpleasant smell too. The cleaning process needs more attention.

The hotel itself was amazing. Eating outside was the problem: the food was usually cold, and flies and wasps made it hard to enjoy a meal comfortably. Otherwise, no complaints :)

Gamze and her colleague took great care of us when we arrived late in the evening, and checking out was just as smooth. They were friendly throughout. GAMZE & Colleague are an asset to the hotel.

Really good stay for the price and the all-in concept. The bedrooms and shower cabin could do with an update, but it was still perfect for us, one of the best hotels in Gumbet town!

The restaurant food and service were perfect, but my room needed refurbishment. The communication with customers also needs work. It wasn't my best experience by the seaside.
