This has the friendliest people in Bodrum, including the dog and cats. It’s close to the old bus terminal in the town centre, about an eight-minute walk. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and the pool looked lovely, though we didn’t have time to use it. If possible, ask for a room away from the road. Our first room, past the breakfast area, was large, quiet, had two beds and faced the garden. We slept very well there, and it didn’t involve many stairs. When we checked out, we asked to have it again for our return three weeks later. Unfortunately, they put us in room 114 at the front, with even more stairs. The manager kindly helped with our heavy bags, just as Aslan, a charming young team member, had during our first stay. The second room was smaller and much noisier because of the road. Both rooms had fridges, air conditioning and two free bottles of water. For some reason, the second room had only a thin bedcover that barely reached the sides of the beds. We spent the night fighting over it.

Costa has a charming garden, a nice pool and clean rooms. Breakfast was super delicious, and the service was great in every way. It’s only a few minutes from the beach, shops, restaurants along the shore and the main bus station for trips to different beaches. Soft music plays during the day, which adds to the cozy feel. My husband and I had a lovely stay. Warm recommendation!

The atmosphere is calm and the pool is nice. Staff are all super friendly, and breakfast is authentic Turkish. We stayed for 10 days. The rooms are small, but the price feels fair. It’s a great fit if you want to be right in the centre and still have a peaceful stay.

The service-minded staff were friendly, nice and helpful. There were a few problems, though. The toilet in our room kept flushing and wasn’t repaired, which kept us awake on the second night. There was no white wine or soda water at the bar. Also, three screws on the wooden deck by the bar stuck out at least 3cm. Barefoot guests could easily hurt themselves. We pointed it out, but nothing was done.

We had to leave after a full day without electricity, water or AC, following our first night. Many other guests left too. Our room was extremely dirty, the bathroom was disgusting, and there were awful smells everywhere. The manager acknowledged what happened and promised a full refund. We have video proof and a written statement. Now the hotel denies it all and tells Agoda we’re lying. Dishonest staff, terrible conditions and no respect for customers. This ruined our trip. Avoid Costa Bodrum City, this was the worst hotel experience ever.
