Megaron Cave Hotel

Breakfast and the personal touches made our stay at Hezen Hotel special. Yusuf and Ahmet looked after us every morning, bringing blankets when it got cold and setting out candles. One evening on the terrace, Mustafa brought a heater before we even asked. The team also carried our bags to the room after check-in, and the front desk was friendly and helpful throughout. My girlfriend and I booked the superior suite, and the cave-style design, quiet atmosphere, and unique feel blew us away. It was spacious, peaceful, and almost like something from a movie. The food and service were incredible. The hotel is peaceful and private, with character everywhere you look. The grassy lounge with mountain views felt like a storybook, and every corner was picture-worthy. We left feeling rested and cared for. This was one of our best hotel stays, and we’ll definitely be back.

The castle view and the atmosphere throughout the hotel are incredible, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The host and reception team were fantastic. What stood out most was the staff, who treated me with the same warmth as if I were a guest in their own home. I’ve stayed at many top-tier hotels around the world, and these are the best people I’ve ever met in terms of service. I have no complaints. This place exceeded all my expectations, and I’ll definitely return soon. Highly recommend!

Staying at Hezen cave hotel felt like being with our extended family. They were so kind, guiding and helping us in the best way they could. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy that sense of belonging. I highly recommend them for their exceptional service.

The restaurant attached to the hotel was a five-star experience, and the hotel itself is easily the best place I’ve ever stayed. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, often offering help before we even asked. They booked tours, shared local advice, and tracked down one of our bags after it went missing on a shuttle. I’d happily come back and recommend it to anyone. 1000/10.
