The bathroom was just a 1.5m x 1.5m space with a toilet, sink, and shower, and there was no shower cabin. What passed for a shower was a dusty, limescale-covered shower head, making it very hard to wash and feel clean. Dust was everywhere, with a terrible smell, especially on the lower floors. The bed sagged badly in the middle, so it seemed like you'd slide into the dip all night. The walls had water stains and vomit marks. My wife and I had booked a room ahead for one night during a week-long trip, but after arriving we left within 30 minutes because we couldn't stay. I checked out immediately and asked to cancel and get a refund, but they refused. I hadn't expected a refund given how the business is run and the facility's poor hygiene. I was completely dissatisfied.

The bathrooms were unhygienic, with rubber slippers provided, no shower cabin, and the shower and toilet right beside each other. In the single room, the shower was only half a meter from the faucet. Cleaning was absent, service was indifferent, and it didn't feel reassuring. Someone was supposedly always at reception, but we couldn't find anyone to speak to. We went to leave our luggage and no one was there. When we called, they asked why we'd arrived early. They should have said the room wasn't ready yet and asked if they could help. I've given up on expecting an apology, and we didn't even get into a refund discussion. They didn't offer to refund us despite our not staying.

I only needed a place because I was on the road, but the room turned out cleaner and nicer than I expected. The price for what you get is far better than similar places. Thank you.

The price is fair, but the booking process makes no sense. When I called, the person said they don't take reservations and that you have to come in person to rent a room or apartment. Then we got there half an hour later, and they said they couldn't take us without a reservation. What a joke, right?
