The room TV had nothing you could watch, and even the bed had only a very thin cover. During a longer stay, you have to ask for the room to be cleaned, then ask again for towels because they aren't left after cleaning. We also had to buy our own toilet paper from the market. When we reported that the boiler in our room was broken, the response was, "We are currently out, there is nothing we can do." At the entrance, staff asked us to pay in a questioning, unsettling way, as though we'd been in debt for ten years and hadn't paid. A place may have a sign saying "Hotel," but that doesn't mean it provides proper service. Even when things look clean and nice, I recommend checking under the bed. You might find quite a lot there.

There was no soap, and the central heating didn't work in the replacement room, so we were cold in an already cold place like Kütahya. The reason we asked to change rooms was that we found lice in the bed when we first arrived. There was no toilet paper either. We can't recommend this hotel.

I was satisfied with my stay. The rooms were very clean, it's close to the center, and the staff were warm and friendly with customers. The price for what you get is very good, and I can recommend it with peace of mind.

The 1+1 apartment in Kütahya really suited our family. Everything was within walking distance, with cafes and restaurants nearby, the price was very reasonable, and parking wasn't a problem. It felt like being at home, and all of us were pleased. Ali Kara, the owner, was helpful with everything, and we're very grateful. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Kütahya.
