Poor quality.

The food was a real highlight, with lots of variety and good quality, and our room was clean, comfortable, and had what we needed. The staff were attentive and polite. The thermal pools were clean too, with pleasantly warm water, and I felt relaxed and light after the treatments. It’s a calm, cozy place to recharge away from everyday life. We were very pleased with our stay and would happily return. It seems suited to a family break or a wellness retreat, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for relaxation, comfort, and health benefits.

The natural setting, with trees and mountains, is beautiful. That was the best part. Inside, the service was poor. The room smelled bad, including the pillows and sheets, and the hard bed was made from two small mattresses pushed together. The seam down the middle was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep. The toilet was a bit dirty, and there was no hot water in the toilet or shower during our entire stay that day, even though we were told it would take 30 minutes to come back. There was no phone service, and our room was far from reception, so we had to go downstairs to complain. The restaurant was dirty, with lots of tables but no chairs. The tablecloths hadn’t been changed and still had stains from the previous day’s food. The food wasn’t tasty and there wasn’t much choice. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The biggest hassle was having to go from the spa to the lobby or dining area to fill water from the purifier. There really should be a purifier on at least one floor. The Turkish bath and pools were clean and well kept, and everywhere else was spotless apart from the spa toilets. Staff were attentive, though the food team seemed unable to keep up with variety and replenishing dishes. I didn’t see much meat, perhaps because they’re trying to keep prices affordable. We booked all-inclusive, but it felt more like full board. There were no drink dispensers, just carbonated drinks in liter bottles; other drinks came in boxes and cost extra. After we spoke to staff, they helped with drinks for the children as quickly as they could. There are children’s areas, including a small room with a few toys, but they couldn’t arrange an activity supervisor. There’s also a very nice extra play and book area with backgammon, chess, and other games. If they address the shortcomings, this place could be legendary. Even as it is, I’d choose it again. We were there from January 19th, 2026 to January 25th, 2026. On January 23, my wife and I had a mix therapy massage from Balinese masseuses. It felt wonderful and they did a great job. The team were attentive, though the atmosphere could have been a little better. I recommend trying it.
