The hotel was quiet, and our spacious, bright room was very clean, with fresh linen and a comfortable bed. It made a good place to rest after exploring Kütahya. The staff were welcoming from the start, friendly, and ready with information or recommendations. Grand Çınar Hotel is centrally located, close to restaurants, shops, transport, and sights like Kütahya Castle and the Ceramics Museum. Breakfast was a fresh, nicely presented buffet with Turkish and international choices. For what we paid, the service felt better than expected. It's clean and comfortable, though not a luxury hotel, and seems suitable for a relaxing visit or a business trip. We had a pleasant stay and would come back.

The one thing going for the room was the clean bedsheets. For 16 euro, though, it was a poor deal. There was no internet in the room, and I couldn't even find the Wi-Fi network. It smelled bad when I walked in, the walls were scratched, and the previous guest had left the toilet unflushed. The air conditioning wouldn't work unless someone from reception came to switch it on. Breakfast was poor too.

Breakfast was bad, and the shampoo was awful, though the soap was fine. The bed was ordinary, and the bedspread wasn't very clean. The room did have a mug, tea, water, and a kettle, plus a TV and slow Wi-Fi. There was hot water in the bathroom, a hairdryer, and low-quality hotel slippers.

The furniture is a little old, but the welcome and hospitality were excellent. The restaurant was so crowded that I was ready to leave without breakfast, but they offered to bring my meal to the lobby. That was remarkable. It's a very decent hotel.

The breakfast wasn't something I'd want to try, but everything else worked well for me. The room was very clean, the price was cheap, and I slept comfortably without any disturbance. I liked the service a lot and would like to come back.
