The room was tiny, the WiFi was extremely slow, and the bathroom smelled awful. The air conditioner gave off a bad smell too, so I switched it off and woke up with a cold the next morning. There wasn’t a proper blanket, only a very thin sheet. The location and the area around it were unimpressive as well. I wouldn’t recommend it.

This was the worst accommodation experience of our vacation. The cleanliness was worrying, and the photos they showed us didn’t match what we found in reality.

M Suite is in a convenient spot, with the beach, markets, and bus stop all a 3-5 minute walk away. The apartment felt cozy and had everything needed for daily life. It was very clean, with fresh linens, a large balcony and lovely views. WiFi was really fast. We had a nice holiday, and my family is happy. Special thanks to manager Jeanne!

The rooms were very dirty, and there didn’t seem to be any effort to clean the areas. When we brought it up, they didn’t acknowledge the problem. I really don’t understand how this property has such a high rating.

M-Suite is very well located in Gumbet, and the staff were kind and helpful. They arranged a taxi when it was difficult for us to get one and offered help with a few other things too. We had a room on the top floor with a nice view. The air conditioner made a weird noise when it was on, but that was the only issue. It would be really nice if they offered laundry service 👍
