The reception service was nice, and the location near the city center was good. That’s the only positive I can give this place. I rarely leave a negative review, but I want other people to know what happened. We stayed just one night, arriving in the evening with our child and already on the road, so we were too tired to complain or look for another place. We spent most of our limited time out enjoying the city and left in the morning. Our room was extremely small and dirty. The bathroom looked neglected, with a shower that seemed never to have been cleaned, signs left by previous guests in the toilet, and a waste bin that looked like it should have been thrown away years ago. The floor hadn’t even been swept properly, with dust and hair around. The bed didn’t have visible stains, but it didn’t feel fresh, and neither did the towels. Internet didn’t work in the room or on the balcony, so we had to stand in the corridor with the door open to use it. The worst part came after we got home the next day. Our child had been badly bitten by bed bugs and needed a doctor and medication, and missed days of school. Now our house also needs disinfestation, which is very expensive. I really don’t recommend this place.

The only thing I’d give any credit for was the gentleman at reception. The hotel itself was neglected and really filthy. Towels, linens, and curtains all smelled, and there wasn’t even soap in the bathroom.

The room was perfect, spacious, clean, and well furnished, so I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Bodrum. I don’t usually write reviews, but Baran was keeping the counter when I arrived and was honestly so helpful with the difficulties I was having. He helped me sort out my problems, and I’d give him five stars personally. Strong recommendation!

I only stayed one night after coming to bodrum from izmir, but I’ll definitely be back. The staff were amazing, always smiling, helpful, kind, and clearly loved their jobs. Thanks for a short but wonderful stay.
