Hola Bodrum

We booked four nights and were told to leave at 11 AM on the last day. While we were packing, the receptionist knocked aggressively, demanded that we leave right away, and then shouted insults when we said checkout is usually at noon. We were already getting ready to go. At check-in, she had made us wait an extra hour because the cleaning lady had mixed up the rooms and ours hadn’t been cleaned. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The receptionist seemed pleasant at first, then became hostile after we booked. Avoid this place if you want to enjoy your vacation. The room situation was frustrating from the start. We were first shown a room on the first floor, then given a tiny room on the ground floor. The electric water heater in the washroom kept cutting the room’s power whenever we showered. The pool was out of service, and we kept getting told it would be fixed “tomorrow.” At breakfast, other guests seemed to get more generous portions. There were no coffee or tea facilities in the room, and they even refused my simple request for hot water so I could make my own coffee. About the owner’s reply: that isn’t what happened. We checked in at 3 PM because we had to wait an extra hour for the room to be ready. We didn’t ask for a late checkout. We were told to leave at 11 AM. The claims that we made noise or wanted to check out late are lies. The problem was the rude service from the receptionist, BUKET. She made our stay horrible.

The hotel is average and needs some renovation, since the windows and other things are broken. My room was small, poorly lit, and the bed wasn’t comfortable. The cleaning wasn’t done properly either. I stayed four days, but nobody came to clean the room. Towels, shampoo, soap, and other basics weren’t provided until I asked.

The only thing going for this place was its central location, near shops and tours. We’d come from a lovely all-inclusive in Oludeniz, so our stay in Bodrum was a shock and easily the worst part of our trip. The room was dirty and nothing like the photos, with used sheets and broken amenities. Breakfast was a joke, just one boiled egg and no protein. There’s no elevator, the place felt dusty, and we didn’t dare use the pool. The owner seemed overwhelmed doing everything herself, got defensive when we raised concerns, and even kicked our luggage out. Avoid this place. Unless you enjoy filth and stress, don’t book it.

The room was tiny, the lighting wasn’t good, and the bathroom wasn’t right either. Breakfast was just okay. It’s a decent hotel.
