The atmosphere and views helped make up for some of the shortcomings. The food and service were okay, but not the best, and many plates and cups were dirty or visibly worn and need replacing. Our room was always cleaned, and the workers were great, though the bathrooms could use some attention. I’d stay again if those issues were sorted out.

Ms. Deniz in the restaurant and Ms. Ummuhan were especially attentive, kind, and responsive throughout our stay. The room was clean and nicely designed, and the food was very good. I’d only suggest a little more variety in the traditional Turkish desserts. It was a pleasant stay with great service.

We spent five nights and six days there and were very pleased. Everything was together by the beach: the pools, water park, sea, dining areas, and performance stage. Every evening brought something different, from dance shows to live music and other entertainment, so there was always something to do. The staff were genuinely friendly and easy to talk to. They treated us like people they’d known for ages, which made the place feel even warmer. Special thanks to Cemale. The food was delicious and had plenty of variety for different tastes. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a mix of relaxing and having fun.

The location was convenient for getting into town and down to the harbour, and a few staff members were genuinely lovely, especially the guys running the shisha area. They were brilliant. The food, though, was mediocre, with limited choice. Breakfast pancakes and pide were the only standouts. My husband and I stayed at Labranda TMT for a week, expecting a 5-star experience, but the hotel didn’t live up to that. We were put in the hillside area, and our first room had a cupboard that wouldn’t open properly, lots of cosmetic damage, ants coming inside, almost no water pressure at the tap, and insects around the toilet rim. Reception told us to spend the night and ask about changing rooms the next day. They showed us two alternatives, but both also had cosmetic damage and an unpleasant smell. I asked if there were any other rooms, and was told there weren’t. I made an official complaint and was very disappointed that the hotel refused any compensation. The hotel has potential thanks to its location and some good staff, but the maintenance, standards, and food quality need serious improvement before it can justify its claimed rating.
