For this price range, it was just what I needed. I stayed before the season began, and the owner and staff were really friendly. The room was comfortable, and the shower worked as it should. The location is amazing, close to the centre but still quiet, with a few market shops and places to eat and drink a short way down the street.

A warning for anyone coming in winter: it was really cold when I stayed. The electricity and hot water both worked poorly. The heater was noisy and didn't work well either. It ran for 30 seconds every five minutes, and it was mounted so high that the room never warmed up even while it kept running.

The location is nice and within walking distance of lots of places. For the price, the room was okay, but it got really hot in the daytime and there was no remote for the air conditioning. The WiFi didn't work during my stay either. There were also lots of kids running and screaming around the hotel, which was the main downside.

The hosts were welcoming and helpful, and the location is excellent. The rooms are pretty basic, but clean, comfortable, and fairly priced. I liked the artwork on the walls too. If you drink tea or coffee, a simpler way to get boiled water would be useful.

The host was humble and welcoming, and the neat, clean room had plenty of space. The hotel is well located in the city centre near the bus station, with Akkan Beach only a few minutes' walk away. The WiFi didn't work well, the comforter wasn't good quality, and the invertor wasn't working either, so I felt cold at night.
