Maxx Royal Bodrum

I came away with a holiday I'll always remember, thanks to everyone who made the stay so special. The Resort Manager created a warm, polished atmosphere, and the care and professionalism showed in all the details. Yağmur and Samed, the Maxx Assistants, were kind, always there when needed, and made everything feel easy. The buggy drivers were welcoming and happy to help, and the food and beverage staff were attentive and genuinely warm in every interaction. It was already a lovely vacation, but their care made it even better. I'll miss this place and look forward to returning.

The kids club was the most stylish we've seen, and the children felt at home there straight away. We even played table tennis with the team, though we won every time. Another thoughtful touch came after our daughter's sand toys went missing on a rainy day: the hotel replaced them without any fuss. Our ten days at Maxx Royal Bodrum were stylish and relaxed, with friendly staff everywhere and a pleasant crowd. It had the right feel for a family holiday. The food was consistently good. Breakfast at Casa Sol with Victoria was a highlight each morning, and lunch at Seavore was first class. On the beach, Cloyd brought us food and drinks with great service and spirit. Our Maxx Assistant Yasemin Tas made things much easier, and Tuana Kacar handled our feedback with poise and real appreciation. Evening service could be less reliable when restaurants got busy. At Safran, things started well, but later nobody came back to clear our plates or take a dessert order. At Twenty 4 in the evenings and at Le Mélange, we were mostly left to ourselves. At Casa Sol, arriving after 8 pm is best, since earlier you may hear the band's sound check and mixing. Nothing major, and easy to fix. A beautiful luxury resort, with a team that puts real care into the stay. We'd happily return.

The parking charge was the one letdown. We weren't told in advance that self-parking would cost extra, and for a place of this standing, restaurant guests should ideally park for free or at least be informed beforehand. That unexpected fee took away a star, so without it this would have been a five-star evening. Everything at Leña inside Maxx Royal Hotel was otherwise perfect, from booking through to the end of dinner. Öykü welcomed us warmly, and Can looked after our table all evening with professionalism, kindness, and close attention. The service was impeccable, and every dish was beautifully presented, expertly prepared, and delicious. The quality of the ingredients and the kitchen's skill came through in every bite. Aside from the parking detail, it was an outstanding meal and service experience.

I've stayed at some remarkable places, but this one was spectacular. Every team member gave impeccable service, and the food, drinks, and facilities were all second to none. Special thanks to Tugba at the beach bar for taking such good care of us. I'll definitely be back.
