Mett Hotel & Beach Resort Bodrum

The staff were kind, professional, and genuinely caring. Ms. Nur at reception deserves a special thank you for making things feel so personal. I was impressed by how clean the room was each time I came back, and by the care put into arranging it. For my birthday, I made a small request and was surprised with a big bouquet and a delicious cake. The next day, they celebrated my pregnancy with pink and blue cupcakes and another lovely bouquet. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and made the stay unforgettable. The hotel went beyond what I expected. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful stay.

The concierge service stood out: every guest gets a private concierge who can arrange a spa treatment, suggest local restaurants, and help keep the stay running smoothly. Katerina & Nur Was the best concierge!! From the METT Hotel in Bodrum's lobby, the Aegean view is striking, and the beach and pool areas are immaculate. The food was outstanding, and the gym had everything I needed to keep up my workout routine. This is the most high-end beach resort I've visited. Its design, service, and atmosphere felt more refined and exclusive than anything I've seen in St. Tropez. METT Bodrum sets a new standard for luxury resorts. Staying there feels like an experience in itself.

Breakfast was one of our favorite parts, and we looked forward to it as soon as we woke up. The beach area was lovely, with beautiful views, and the staff were extremely friendly. We were celebrating our honeymoon and birthday, and they decorated the room with balloons, flowers, and dessert. Right when we walked into METT, we were welcomed with cocktails. The hospitality was amazing, and they were very responsive on WhatsApp, especially Sahara.

The resort has a beautiful setting with amazing views from wherever you are, and it's very close to the city. It also offers lots of extra activities and has good connections. Prices are extremely high, which I can understand to a point, but $40 for a burger and fries and $20 for chips and guacamole are hard to explain. Our main problem came at checkout after a five-day stay. The bill had double, triple, and even quadruple charges for some things. There was also a charge of over a thousand euros for a dinner at the hotel on a night we weren't even there. In total, we found more than $11,000 in extra charges. The resort is lovely and well located, but the billing and inconsistent service are seriously questionable.
