For our big family, finding a good place to stay is always a challenge, but this villa met all our expectations. We stayed for one month, and whenever we had a problem, Yasmen, the owner, stayed in touch and helped us a lot. It's rare in our travels for an owner to deal with issues right away, so I'd definitely recommend the place and hope to come back soon. The kids were happy to spend all day in the clean, quite big swimming pool. The public beach was a pleasant surprise, just a 10-minute walk away, with sun loungers and a pier for easy entry into the water, plus a good fish restaurant. The neighborhood was quite and had walking paths and several playgrounds. Food stores and pharmacies were nearby, and every second day a man in a truck sold vegetables and fruit locally at a good price. The villa is nice and clean, with a terrace and everything needed for BBQ. The big kitchen was well equipped with utensils and several types of coffee machines. All bedrooms had bed sheets and towels. It also had excellent Wi-Fi for dad to work, working TV and AC in every room, and a good swimming area. Yasmen made everything clear and simple. She arranged transfer for my big family and even provided some food for our first day. She also set up a baby pot and baby chair, and helped with car rental on special conditions for our family. Every single thing was well organized.

The garden has a very neat swimming pool, and the sea is a 15-minute walk away. There's a nice free beach, though the sunbeds are old. These apartments suit a small family of 3-4 people, and the staff are very friendly.

We stayed with four friends and four dogs and had a really enjoyable holiday. The house was spacious, modern and useful, with four rooms so we could each have a separate one. The garden was beautiful and a pleasure to spend time in, and our dogs loved it. The kitchen covered all our needs, with a coffee machine, dishwasher and more. Beds and bed linens were very clean. The owner had thought of little details like flowers and paintings, so it felt like staying in our own well-kept home. She's a caring, welcoming and cheerful lady. The house is in a lovely site and street, with a very good location. The sea is beautiful, though you'll need seashoes, and the seaside has everything you need. It's about a 10-15 minute flat walk to the sea, with markets and pharmacies along the way. You can also use the municipality's nice and cheap breakfast and food facility. I'd like to come again next year.

Villa Olinda was roomy and nice, with big windows facing a large private garden. The weather was much colder than expected when we stayed there 3 years ago, but the wood burning stove kept it cozy and warm. It's about a 10-minute walk to the beach, and the villa works well at any time of year. This time we stayed in Villa Esma, a lovely, peaceful villa with everything you could need for a self-catering holiday. The beach is still only a 10-minute walk away.

We spent almost a month in Villa Belinda & Amado apartments, and would love to come back. The houses were comfortable and had everything necessary, along with a beautiful garden and swimming pool. A nice place to stay with children. The beach is about 800 m away, a 10-minute walk, and there were no crowds at all. You'd never find that in Belek or nearby Alanya! Yasemin and Aslan were especially helpful hosts, always in touch and ready to take care of our little needs to make the stay comfortable. Strongly recommended.
