Although many employees were doing their best, our stay with our 7- and 4-year-old children was disappointing. The hotel didn't meet our expectations for a 5-star all-inclusive resort. The gym couldn't be used because it was being used for storage. Wi-Fi was extremely slow, the tea was poor, and one evening the restaurant ran out of ayran early during dinner. Our request for a quiet, non-smoking room was ignored. We were put above the entrance, with constant noise and people smoking. Housekeeping didn't clean the room after we asked in the morning. It took several trips to reception, three phone calls, and more than an hour to get clean towels. The shower was broken; maintenance inspected it and promised to come back with a replacement part, but never did. A waiter bumped into me while I was carrying hot tea, spilling it on my hand, and didn't stop to check on me or apologize. The beach was dirty and poorly managed, and it wasn't clear who was in charge when problems came up. Despite the all-inclusive package, ice cream at the beach, fresh orange juice, popcorn, and cotton candy all cost extra. The Mini Club had few activities, some of them extra, including €15 for sand painting, and closed after 5pm. The pools were closed from 12pm to 2pm and again after 5pm, disappointing for a family resort.

Everything about our holiday flew by because we enjoyed every second. The hotel is modern, beautiful, and has a lot of facilities. Service was second to none both inside the hotel and at the beach, and everyone we met was friendly and helpful. M. Iran, Hasan Demirsi, Refic çukiçi, and Arif oztuk were especially friendly and helpful in every way. I loved the stay and will definitely come again soon. Thank you for everything.

We were a family of 6 and stayed for 10 days. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the mini fridge was kept full of soda and water. The food was decent, with burger, pizza, and sushi bars by the pool. My younger sons, aged 17-12, loved the huge waterslides and spent hours on them. When we were leaving, the taxi we'd booked and paid for with a private firm never arrived. A member of the entertainment team at reception went above and beyond, making calls and speaking with another driver from the same firm who was outside the hotel. She got us to the airport at no extra cost so we wouldn't miss our flight after the company let us down. I can't thank her enough for caring about my family and making that effort.

We had a very enjoyable stay, especially if you like pools and water parks. There are lots of swimming pools, a great water park, and a wide choice of food and drinks. The location is lovely, and the free shuttle gets you to the beach in about 5 minutes. You can use the all-inclusive service there too. The hotel itself isn't right on the beach. A couple of things to know: food could have been served warmer, and if you book a swim-up room in low season, the pool isn't heated and may be too cold to use. That wasn't clearly mentioned while booking, which was disappointing. The facilities are particularly good for families and water park fans.
